Description
Our test benches feature one or two active brakes:
- Brake 1: up to 1 Nm torque and 6000 RPM speed
- Brake 2: up to 10 Nm torque and 6000 RPM speed
- Other torque and speed configurations available on request
The system includes a flexible power supply (single-phase and three-phase, 5000 VA), with customization available to meet specific test requirements.
For single-phase motor testing, the software automatically manages the capacitor connection and optimizes its value for the motor under test. A key advantage is the integrated Delta T instrument, which measures AC resistance variation to estimate stator temperature during the test cycle, eliminating the need for additional sensors.
The test bench also supports temperature measurement via thermocouples (internal or external), providing complete monitoring capabilities.With customizable hardware and advanced software, SM System’s brake test bench guarantees accurate torque, speed, and thermal measurements, ensuring reliable validation of motor performance.
